Three days of non-stop fun!
Summer Fest 2024 was bigger and better than ever, with an exciting lineup of activities. We had a dazzling fireworks display on Friday night, thrilling carnival rides, and live music by Ghosts in the Room, Brass Knuckles, Cherry Pie, and Madison County. Fest attendees also enjoyed face painting, James the Magician, Bingo, and Oregon’s Community Band in our community tent.
This year, kids and parents loved our Summer Safety Spectacular with SSM and Stoughton Health, featuring appearances by Bucky Badger, Maynard from the Madison Mallards, Culver’s Scoopie, and Smokey the Bear. A 60+ vendor craft fair also filled both gyms at Prairie View Elementary.
Did you enjoy on of the 22 delightful cuisines offered in this year’s Vendor Row or catch our "Fun and Games" themed parade on Sunday down Main Street? Despite the weather, we were able to enjoy softball on Friday night and bag toss and pickleball on Sunday when the weather cleared.

The Oregon Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors would like to extend our deepest appreciation to everyone for their support in making this year's Summer Fest a tremendous success! Despite Mother Nature’s attempts to disrupt our plans, our community reunited again to celebrate summer and the wonderful place we call home.
